剛好在FB看到這篇，記得之前板上討論過，且該篇下面很多爭論......
其實本來我以為是兩條就要說(慚愧)
公文有個重點『僅以道路上機慢車待轉區』舉發是錯的！

按照目前道交條例 :
機車須實施兩段轉的規定有三
1.同向有三條車道以上
2.內側車道有禁行機車
3.有藍色機車兩段轉指示牌
三條規定中任何一條成立,在該路口就必須要實施兩段轉
