成功路上彩虹日本料理創立於1975年，40年來一直以平價日式料理的模式經營。2013年初的時候，隔壁同老闆的金豬飯店宣佈整修並遷徙到和緯路上，結果金豬飯店並沒有重新開幕，反而變成了今天要介紹的餐廳「彩虹日本料理和緯店」彩虹和緯店的格局方正，比起成功路老店看起來更寬廣。一進到店內就可以看到日式料理的卡布里台，師傅們正忙進忙出的準備料理 http://pic.pimg.tw/tainanlohas/1409566604-193107002.jpg

和緯店提供的菜色與成功店幾乎一模一樣，主要都是日式料理、生魚片、壽司、烤物、炸物等等，不知道怎麼點的話就直接選定食吧 http://pic.pimg.tw/tainanlohas/1409566605-2699581716.jpg
