帝元藥膳薑母鴨位於北安路三段與安中路口，是一家開業近30年的薑母鴨店，也是樂活美食團2016第二次進補主題勝出的店家。雖然台南市區叫帝元的薑母鴨有不少間，但這家算其中比較有名氣的一間， Google出來也都是這家的資訊居多。這裡的用餐桌數頗多，室內加室外起碼有20桌椅上。不過，最大張的桌子只能到8人左右，所以今天我們分成了兩桌用餐 http://pic.pimg.tw/tainanlohas/1483163710-768223252.jpg

薑母鴨鍋底上桌 NT. 280，雖然店名有藥膳兩字，但鍋底味道聞起來並沒有很中藥，反而是帶著一些麻油香氣。湯頭看起來有些油膩，但喝起來是醇厚卻清爽的口感，還帶著薑母的辣味 http://pic.pimg.tw/tainanlohas/1483163730-1977353375.jpg
